White X is the entrance into Island Green. The white line is Sunnehanna Dr., the only main road that connects all the smaller communities (HOA's). In black is the old Island Green Country Club and parking lot. Sunnehanna ends in the parking lot of the old country club.

The new Oak Estates East clearcut with not one Oak tree left standing in this new development. The homes of the Myrtle Beach Golf & Yacht community that back up to Oak Estates East do have concerns about how these new homes will impact their homes.
